Job Summary:
The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for participation during the Pre-sales and Business Transformation phases of BDO System Integration projects. The Manager works as part of a team to prepare and conduct product demonstrations for the Dynamics 365 business applications, assists in preparation of proposals, and participates in Business Transformations Sessions that provide process engineering and requirements gathering at the start of our system implementation projects. Our goal in business transformation is to help our clients determine best practices and efficient processes in which to conduct day-to-day operations for all functional areas. The Business Transformation Manager is a conduit between business process owners and executives at the client and the BDO delivery team to ensure the application meets the agreed requirements.

National Range: $127,000 - $189,000
Maryland Range: $127,000 - $189,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $127,000 - $189,000
