Job Purpose:
Warehouse Supervisors oversee critical functions of the distribution network that supports supplying Honda and Acura’s dealer body with Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Equipment Parts. The warehouse supervisor position is responsible for handling the distribution center’s processes to include receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control functions.
All Warehouse supervisors start as an entry level Grade EX1 for a period of one year, pending the successful completion of the Grade EX1 Warehouse Supervisor Upgrade Checklist as demonstrated and verified by direct supervisor. Grade Level EX1 Supervisors must conduct performance appraisals and conversations regarding associate performance must be under the direction of an Assistant Manager or Manager.
