NHC Sparta is currently seeking an ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team of professionals in providing the highest quality rehabilitative treatment to patients requiring short and/or long term inpatient rehab. The qualified SLP for the part time position will provide speech services to patients at NHC Sparta (3 days/week) and NHC Smithville (2 days/week). PRN for NHC Sparta only is also needed. Proficiency in evidence based dysphagia treatment techniques preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must have Master’s degree from an approved curriculum in Speech Pathology or its equivalent.
  • Must have Tennessee Speech Therapist license & Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association
  • Must be flexible & reliable
  • Prior SNF experience a plus!
