Food and Beverage Service Team Leader 餐饮服务主管

岗位职责:

1.在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求;

2.当班期间尽可能解决相关投诉,并记录投诉以便进一步跟进的工作;

3.监督现金的处理和存放程序,编制每日存款和流动资金报告,制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度,处理异常的付款情况;

4.监督服务设备、客用设施的维护保养;

5.做好仓库物资管理,控制存货,保证相关物资和食品的储存符合卫生和安全要求;

6.协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作;

7.监督餐厅员工的服务,保证符合品牌标准;

8.和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求,编制和管理部门预算;

9.完成上级交待的其它任务。
