Quanex is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team located in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

In this role you are responsible for developing strong rapport, excellent communication, and positive relationships with internal and external customers. You will be managing specific product families using material planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning to meet production objectives. This is critical to achieve customer satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like:

• Work with other departments to ensure needs of internal and external customers are met.
• Provide quotes to customers for our products and services.
• Communicate with customers, national and regional sales managers, and manufacturer’s representatives by phone and/or email concerning orders, quotes, returns, shipments, and products.
• Ability to process debits and credits.
• Address customer dissatisfaction professionally, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance processes.
• Inform customers promptly about shipment delays and other information required to process their orders.

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.

The salary range for this position is $48,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience.
