Introduction:
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Teamcenter and CRM MS-Dynamics across five releases.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the e2e process build, test, integration of I2P (Idea to Product) value stream Provide technical guidance for Developement, Deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM
- As the Teamcenter developer you will help refine and grow the capabilities of current systems, driving continuous improvement to meet I2P Teamcenter PLM build / configurations, integration and interface needs. You will be responsible for design, develop, and sustain the current Teamcenter environment and related application systems.
- Assist in the resolution of development and integration design issues related to I2P Value Stream
- Review and assist project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go live.
- Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open Teamcenter Solution development issues – by leveraging experience.
- Responsible for reviewing functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the I2P value stream.
- Responsible for implementing the industry best practices to manage Business processes using the OOTB capabilities.
- Ability to perform Teamcenter Technical POCs (Proof of Concept) based on Business and Technical use cases.
Your Job:
- Minimum of 10 experience in Teamcenter with at least 5 years as Teamcenter Technical Architect / Technical Lead.
- Experience architecting at least 2 Siemens Teamcenter implementation or transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter server-side and client-side customization
- Teamcenter implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks like T4EA/T4S/T4O/CAD Integrations etc. Technical capabilities in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow, Product Configurator.
- Advance hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration and customization with industry best practices.
- Ability to work with a geographically disbursed team in a collaborative online environment to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to manage development team and handle sprint releases.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter deployment center.
- Experience in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML and Webservices and Active Workspace Configuration and declarative programming
- Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
Other Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: The Teamcenter developer is responsible for providing the technical and functional guidance for the build, deployment, and integration of Siemen’s Teamcenter PLM platform.
- Technical Expertise: As the Teamcenter Technical Lead, provide technical solutions to development teams and ensure that solutions meet industry best practices. You will provide guidance and mentoring other team members, implementation partners and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Environment Expertise: Understanding of installation, configuration, and patching of Teamcenter server and client components, data model (BMIDE) updates, and additional integrations
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master in Engineering / Science Degree
- Overall 10+ Years of Experience
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry
- Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP(SAP), CRM, MES System.
- Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents.
