The WHS Data team is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager (BIM). The Data team spans the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering (DE) functional areas, and is responsible for providing all reporting solutions required by the WHS organizations to drive workplace safety, environmental programs, and regulatory compliance worldwide. This business intelligence manager role will manage the WHS Business Unit (BU) BI team to build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization. This role will own key business metrics, drive automation, and standardize reporting frameworks. This role regularly requires close engagement with senior leaders and principal PMs to generate insights and deep dives into core metrics that directly impact organizational strategic decisions and priorities. The role is required to develop project roadmap, own prioritization, and effectively communicate with customers and stakeholder groups including leadership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
