We are looking for a French-speaking Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us grow Kindle Unlimited (KU) in Europe. Our vision is for Kindle Unlimited to be the world's most loved reading subscription, sparking joy for readers, authors and publishers. In this multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for the full KU marketing strategy and customer experience (CX) for France and Spain, devising and implementing country-specific marketing experimentation plans, as well as analyzing key program metrics and developing the associated growth plans to address. You will also be responsible for EU-wide marketing initiatives, including devising marketing plans to better leverage the Prime Reading program in Europe to drive further growth for Kindle Unlimited. Additionally, you will be the main marketing point of contact for certain new global product features, owning their roll-out to your marketplaces, as well as supporting the broader EU Books organisation to hold a high bar on the CX for overall French Books customers, including Quality Assurance (QA), copy iteration and translations.
You will be asked to collaborate across organisations, functions, and geographies to delight readers, authors, and publishers across Europe and grow the business. Our ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, onsite and outbound marketing experience, and a demonstrated ability to both work at the strategic level (idea generation and development, long term planning) and dive deep into the details (inspecting performance drivers, solving CX defects, test and learn fast mindset). You will show hustle, take ownership and be prepared to roll up your sleeves as part of our hard-working, inclusive and collaborative team.
