Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.

• Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and manuals.
• Assist with the management of IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly tracked and maintained in system.
• Support the IT team in various projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and other initiatives.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to IT-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
