We are seeking LINE COOKS to join our TEAM!

Island View Casino's food and beverage (F&B) department is responsible for providing a wide range of food and beverage services to guests, including both on the casino floor and in dedicated restaurants and bars. This department plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining guests, offering them a comfortable and enjoyable experience beyond the gaming environment.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items at a specific station, ensuring they meet quality standards and are served according to recipes and specifications. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and working efficiently within a fast-paced environment. .

Position Requirements

Required to have a High school diploma or GED equivalent and previous line cook experience .

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver license or State issued ID.

Post secondary education or culinary program/college is a plus.

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time
