Role :- BSP Developer (Sr.Staff Role)

Experience :- 10+ years

Netradyne is hiring a talented Sr.Staff BSP Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in embedded systems, device driver development, and system software, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize components across system layers (kernel, memory management, I/O systems, etc.)
  • Design and implement efficient drivers for constrained environments, ensuring low-latency and high-bandwidth data delivery
  • Lead hardware bring-up, peripheral drivers, and performance optimization initiatives
  • Debug complex multi-layer system issues across kernel, firmware, and application levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and drive continued development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B-Tech/BE or M-Tech/ME in a related field
  • Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience with a strong background in BSP development.
  • Leadership: Proven hands-on experience in leading a team of 2–3 engineers
  • Technical Fit: The candidate must possess relevant experience aligned with the BSP team’s requirements, as outlined in the skill matrix previously shared with your team.
  • 8 + years of experience in systems software development, especially with large-scale C/C++ codebases
  • Experience with hardware bring-up using interfaces like USB, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C
  • Proficiency in BSP, RTOS, bootloaders, power management, Linux, and multimedia subsystems (audio, camera, etc.)
  • Strong debugging, software development, and performance tuning skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with MCUs, Wifi/BT subsystems
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
