What the role offers:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Program Manager to join our WW Sales Organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Field Operations and PMO, the position is instrumental in delivering strategic initiatives and support achievement of growth targets across several core business units.

Working in a highly energetic and dynamic environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and global support functions to:

  • Identify, execute and report on strategic sales initiatives;
  • Create executive leadership team and board level presentations
  • Own delivery of the quarterly sales business cadence analysis, materials, and actions
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess effectiveness and business benefits of strategic initiatives and align on areas of course correction
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives and programs, coordinating activities and resources with regular progress reporting against key milestones, ultimately owning on-time delivery of projects
  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects, tracking completion of action items, resolving issues, and mitigating risks in partnership with the Sales Leadership
  • Work collaboratively across functions to support our growth agenda
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required by the Sales Leadership to drive our growth agenda, including but not limited to, executive reporting, meeting coordination and business planning/ reviews

Your Impact:

  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in program and project management, ideal candidate has experience from top tier Management Consulting firm
  • Strong sense of ownership and track record of exceptional-quality deliverables
  • Ability to navigate complex multinational and matrix based organizations, being highly skilled at working cross-functionally and building processes, communication and trust across teams – be the ‘glue’ of the extended team
  • Flexible and adaptable to time-sensitive situations and the need to work outside of conventional hours to coordinate with team members globally
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office apps, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Additionally, an understanding of Go-to-Market strategy within enterprise software sales is advantageous

  • Is curious and actively seeks inspiration and engages in discussion on new operational and organizational theories, technologies and business challenges
