We’re currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!
The IT Project Manager will oversee company-wide IT initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves assigning responsibilities, managing workflows, and acting as a liaison across departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment. The position offers the opportunity to lead strategic projects that directly impact organizational efficiency and innovation.
What You Will Do:
- Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and scope of project.
- Maintain the organization and IT departments effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected team members and stakeholders.
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the sope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Lead a project team of software developers through the implementation of software projects, making sure they are completed on time, within scope, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensures software quality standards are met and requirements are submitted within budget and on time.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties/stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Develop individualized and group training programs and processes that address specific business needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How You Will Shine:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Preferred: Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT/Software development.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
