Job Title: Admissions Operations Coordinator
Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: Hiring Range - $40,418-$48,502 and will commensurate with level of experience

Position Information:
The purpose of this position is to serve prospective students, parents, staff, and others with information about the institution and its services. This position serves as a representative for functions related to the recruitment of students.
Perform procedures involved in the processing and review of undergraduate and graduate applications for admission. Responsibilities include daily processing of electronic applications, preparing materials for entry, creating and updating student records in the student information system, imaging documents, and analysis of applications and supporting materials.
The person in this position is also responsible for utilizing the student records system to generate detailed reports on application activity for institutional evaluation and annual report data. Requires frequent phone contact interaction with applicants, university administrators and departments to provide pertinent application information, working as a member of a team, and flexibility. Strong customer service skills, great attention to detail, experience with data reports, and the ability to work in a variety of operating systems.
