As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our (Specify line/product) team in Pueblo, CO. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as full-time On-Site at our Pueblo, Co facility for a 2nd shift work schedule of 2-10:30pm M-F, and every other Saturday. This position is also considered safety-sensitive.

What you will do:

• Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
• Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
• Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member

Compensation:

Base Pay Range $ 63,500-100,000/annually.

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
