How We Work:

Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

Mission and Goals:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy experienced senior dev to join our mobile engine development team. The ideal candidate will lead in developing and optimizing mobile features and security engines as well as POCs for both Android and iOS platforms while exploring advancements in on-device AI capabilities such as enabling models with LiteRT, and inferencing on NPU. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in the field.

Objectives:

  • Design and implement features and POCs for Android and iOS.
  • Deliver projects in KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform).
  • Produce high quality code as well as perform code review.
  • Assist in integrating on-device AI functionalities to enhance engine performance and user engagement.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and AI technology.
  • Document development processes and contribute to project planning discussions.

Competencies:

  • 4-year experience with mobile development stacks and process (e.g. Kotlin for Android, KMP Architecture).
  • Deep understanding of Android or iOS (Difference among versions, knowledge of the OS).
  • Familiar with Play Store policy.
  • Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git and GitHub).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and remote working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Nice To Have:

  • Well-experienced APP developer with Play Store experience.
  • Familiar with Kotlin multi-platform architecture.
  • Understanding of on-device AI principles and technologies (e.g., Google AI Edge).
  • Being a mentor to other devs.
