Perform leadership role in the lab for team to the assigned department to include training, competency, assessment, coaching, team member support, issue resolution, inventory management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and teamwork. Ensure collection of specimens for inpatients and outpatients from all age groups. Perform routine laboratory analysis and quality control testing following laboratory policy and procedure. Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by laboratory administration.
