Salary: $21-$23/hr + shift differentia
Machine Operator
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2p-10p
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience, Shift Differential 10%
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of equipment and machinery- staging, preparing, splicing, and running rolls of various paper & plastic materials
- Use of hoists, preparation/ handling of rolls, stringing of the line etc.
- Analyze and verify quality of work/ materials.
- Utilize OCS panel.
- Understand and proper operation of Marquip.
- Operation of blender/hoppers and understand recipe panels.
- Perform regular job functions (Setting accurate Die gaps, purging adhesive, changing screens, operating air rolls, the hoist, the unwind, etc.)
- Accurately complete all production documentation.
- Analyze schedules, prepare and pre-stage upcoming job materials (Rolls, Adhesive).
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Qualifications/Experience
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficient in math skills
- Basic computer skills and data entry skills
- Ability to read/write work instructions & specifications
