We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to design, customize, and maintain solutions that support key business operations—particularly in Accounting, Procurement, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS and a deep understanding of Oracle database technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and support Oracle EBS modules to align with business process needs.
- Improve and streamline Oracle-based workflows, reports, and data interfaces for enhanced financial operations.
- Develop integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
- Build and maintain solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database structures.
- Leverage tools such as SQL Loader, Oracle Forms, Reports, and APIs to ensure accurate data handling.
- Resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain ERP configurations.
- Assist with system updates, migrations, and general IT maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with IT and Accounting teams to automate and enhance ERP processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements, including KSOX.
- Document technical changes, support users, and assist with internal and external audits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database design.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS architecture and its development tools.
- Ability to manage data integration and application troubleshooting.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
