JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Engineering Ahead Program at Penn State Berks is a 1-week summer academic enhancement program from Sunday, July 6 to Monday, July 14, 2025 at the Penn State Berks campus. This program is designed to help incoming Biology/Science students succeed in their math and science courses this coming fall semester.
The Residential Assistant (RA) opening is an outstanding opportunity for students interested in gaining leadership skills, enhancing their marketability, and developing relationships with faculty, staff and students. The primary role of the RA is to support the Biology Ahead Team in all phases of the summer program and assist with all program events. The RA plays a vital role in facilitating the adjustment of new, under represented engineering students to the Penn State community.
The Resident Assistants is expected to be present for the welcome ceremony.
