Your responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers who are responsible and accountable for business areas and acting as Second Level Sales Support with a high degree of independence
  • Strong focus on team guidance and development, driving engagement
  • Define and execute the EMEA business strategy in alignment with global strategy and EMEA BU including positioning, internal & external training, pricing, reimbursement, lifecycle management, communication
  • Manage BU Business and act as "right hand" to EMEA Business Unit Manager
  • Responsible and accountable for full BU business
  • Lead overarching strategic BU or division projects (e.g. Sales Force Effectiveness projects, Strategy Development projects etc.).
  • Lead and develop a team of GL's and / or at least 3 product managers
  • Responsible for the successfully creation of the BU annual plan providing forecasts and monitoring the business
  • Act as an operational interface between Central Units, Upstream marketing, regional organizations.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor (or comparable) or ideally a Master in Business Administration, Natural Sciences or similar.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management / Sales and at least 2-3 years in a leadership position
  • Leadership skills according to leadership competency model
  • Very strong marketing and sales knowledge
  • Strong business and strategic mindset with an holistic perspective
  • Ability to manage a business and develop talent
  • Marketing experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder on all levels such as internal operational and middle management, HCPs, global counterparts and management as well as external companies
  • Strong contextual awareness & overarching perspective on company interests
  • Independent and proactive behavior
  • Fluent in English
