What you’ll do & Who you are

As Partnership Quality and Customer Performance Manager, you will ensure the compliance and excellence of CtoB service operations, rigorously monitoring processes and building strong partner relationships.

Under the supervision of the manager, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Your role may also extend to optimizing the performance of Mobility customers, ensuring that satisfaction and results targets are met.

  • Operations Quality Assurance - Using KPIs and trigger indices:
  • Assess and monitor the compliance of used vehicle buy-back processes carried out by partner garages and dealers, in line with our standards.
  • Collect performance data relating to buy-back operations, and report to the supervisor.
  • Receive and process customer feedback from private sellers on buy-back operations carried out by partners.
  • Conduct remote customer surveys to identify causes of complaints.
  • Proactively monitor partner lifecycles and conduct targeted telephone or visio actions with partners as part of our agreement.

Continuous process improvement:

  • Participate in the implementation of new tools and procedures to improve the customer experience and strengthen partner relations.
  • Monitor car market information to ensure quality of exchanges with internal partners (Sales, marketing.. but also C2B service partners).

Desired qualifications :

At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar position, CSM type

Good interpersonal skills and oral and written expression (spelling and grammar)

Mastery of partnership relations

Curiosity, quick-wittedness, reactivity and proactivity

Mastery of google sheet is essential.

Sense of responsibility

Taste for teamwork

Ability to prioritize tasks

Personal organization and responsiveness.

Knowledge of the automotive market
