Amazon Connect Cases is a key part of this transformation, providing customers with a scalable way to manage end-to-end resolution of customer issues across multiple channels and touchpoints. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and technically deep Senior Product Manager for Amazon Connect Cases. You will define the long-term product vision and lead cross-functional efforts to build case management that is deeply integrated with Connect's contact routing, task management, email, and AI services. Your work will empower businesses to orchestrate complex customer resolutions faster, with fewer resources, and higher satisfaction.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
