Are you our new Senior Web & Digital Experience Manager
The Senior Web & Digital Experience Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of Intrum's corporate and local websites. Acting as the business owner of the CMS and corporate web platform, the role ensures Intrum's digital presence, supports business objectives, delivers a seamless and consistent user experience, and complies with legal, regulatory and brand standards.
This is a key role for a commercially minded digital leader, who understands how content, user experience and digital platforms drive marketing impact and business value. This position serves as a key interface between the business, IT, external development partners, and local web editors, ensuring operational excellence and strategic progression of our digital estate.

What will you do:
Strategy and platform development:
- Define and implement the web strategy for Intrum, aligned with business priorities, user needs, and brand direction.
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for ongoing platform improvements, ensuring future readiness and scalability.
- Ability to plan and execute tasks with careful consideration of budget constraints and financial efficiency.
Governance and standards:
- Establish and maintain web governance frameworks, including standards for content management, SEO, UX, accessibility, and branding.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in partnership with Risk & Compliance, Legal, and IT Security.
Stakeholder and supplier management:
- Act as the business lead towards the IT function and external web development agency.
- Participate as business owner in digital development sprints, including scoping, prioritisation, requirement definition, QA coordination, and release follow-up.
- Maintain effective communication and alignment with internal stakeholders including IR, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
User Experience and performance:
- Drive the continuous improvement of site structure, design, and functionality to optimise usability and engagement.
- Monitor and report on key website KPIs using tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager, in collaboration with external analytics partners.
- Lead initiatives focused on conversion rate optimisation and internal search performance.
Market support and enablement:
- Provide governance and guidance to local web editors, ensuring consistency with global standards and efficient content workflows.
- Oversee support structures for CMS access, training, and ongoing enablement through internal resources or external support partners.
Content oversight:
- Oversee the publishing of strategic content on the corporate site, including financial, legal, and reputational communications.
- Collaborate with content owners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital/web management, preferably in a complex, multi-market corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco), web architecture, and digital governance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading web development projects, managing external suppliers, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, UX principles, web analytics (GA4), and conversion rate optimisation.
- Familiarity with GDPR, cookie compliance tools (e.g. OneTrust), and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
