Generation Oracle (GenO) is Oracle’s successful talent development programme, welcoming individuals from a wide range of backgrounds—including career changers, returners to the workforce, and those exploring a new direction. Whether your experience comes from education, healthcare, hospitality, engineering—or something entirely different—what matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

The programme offers a tailored experience across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Consulting. It combines structured learning, hands-on development, and a clear path for growth, while giving you the opportunity to contribute to real business impact.

Even though you’re applying for a sales role, you won’t be selling on day one. GenO is intentionally designed to give you the space and time to build core skills, explore different areas of the business, and gain customer-facing experience—without the pressure of delivering against a quota from the start. We take it one step at a time, and we’ll support you throughout.
