Accountabilities:

  • Develops and maintains customer information database (usually specific data marts) to support analysis, application development and data driven marketing techniques
  • Manages information security, data protection, data quality and exchange
  • Liaises with the IT and other data management functions as required both internally and externally
  • Responsible for entering and verifying contact information through manual processes.
  • Perform web searches to critically validate detailed law firm, corporate, academic tax, bar and government data and make corrections into database as and when necessary.
  • Validate/acquire data from external data sources (Via Web)
  • Compliance with data cleansing guidelines.
  • Ensuring highest data quality and error free delivery of data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Experience in database management, as well as data mining and customer segmentation
  • Has strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities
  • Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand
  • Provide sound and sensible recommendation for improvement
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success at managing change.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and delegation skills.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and project management skills.
