Your responsibilities

  • You lead a Business Area within the Upper / Lower GI EndoTherapy field, including business strategy, development, planning, reporting and execution
  • You initiate and manage all marketing activities (preparation and realization of product launches, campaigns, trainings, events and workshops, European congresses) and steer the integration and roll-out into the EMEA sales organizations
  • You conduct market and competitive analyses and identify customer needs and challenges
  • Moreover, you establish close links with key customers on European level to trial new products, involve in peer-to-peer activities and other marketing related initiatives
  • You cooperate in projects with upstream, corporate partners and regional managers
  • In addition, you represent Olympus and your products at customer visits and international congresses

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a course of studies in Economics or Industrial or Medical Engineering & Management
  • You have 2 – 3 years professional experience in product management, marketing, or sales – ideally in a MedTech environment
  • You have experience in coordinating multi-national and cross-divisional teams
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • You have an inspiring character, a strong drive for sales execution and good analytical skills
  • You enjoy traveling up to 30% and are willing to move to Hamburg or the surrounding area
