Job Description Assembler II
About The Role
Assemblers are critical to Spellman's success, creating the designs crafted by Engineering to meet our customer's rigorous requirements and quality expectations. You will assemble chassis, racks, and top assembly units by following drawings, procedures, manufacturing instruction operation sheets, Bill of Materials (BOM's) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN's). For more junior roles, you can expect to get some aid from a lead or supervisor.

Our good faith estimate of the wage range for this role is $23.23 - $30.77. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. In addition, the following Personal Protective Equipment is required:
Shifts:
7:30 am- 4:30 pm or 7:00 am -3:30 pm, typically. Willingness to work overtime (after hours and weekends) as needed.
This position requires on-site presence at Hauppauge, NY.
