Position Overview:
We seek a creative and strategic Talent Attraction Content Strategist to join our Talent Attraction & Workforce Planning team. In this role, you will be a key force behind Sutter Health's employer brand presence in the marketplace—shaping our voice across social media, digital campaigns, and recruitment events. Key Responsibilities
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, creative writing, or a related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws.
Familiar with local and national labor market trends pertaining to recruiting.
Working knowledge of recruiting best practices/processes.
Working knowledge and ability to use various social media/technology platforms to recruit and source all level candidates.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotions in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
Analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to details.
Demonstrates a personal and professional presence when interacting with executives, other management leaders, and potential candidates.
Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, with tact and diplomacy, and to present information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to influence decision making when circumstances require.
Ability to establish credibility and interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of role’s duties.
Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Organization and planning skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
Ability to maintain and work discreetly with confidential information.
Ability to use essential applications and/or databases associated with the role’s duties and responsibilities.

This is a hybrid position with requirements to be in office 8-10 days per month
Candidates must live within Northern California and be commutable to Sacramento, Emeryville, Los Altos or Walnut Creek

Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
