Position Summary
The Production Supervisor for E-Gaming is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Machine production line. General supervisor tasks include training, direction, assistance, appraisals, and discipline of assigned production associates.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervising hourly associates and overseeing daily production schedule on electronic/mechanical assembly.
- Organizing, planning, assigning, instructing, and directing the daily tasks of production employees and ensuring those tasks are completed efficiently and with great attention to quality.
- Process all equipment returns, repair orders, warranty credits and credit memos.
- Collect serial numbers of all products from customer orders and maintain serial number collections.
- Work with material management team to ensure we have proper raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
- Work with cycle count team to make sure inventory accuracy. Work with finance team on annual physical inventory.
- Maintaining and enforcing department standards including time study, safety, and regulations, driving continuous improvement, teaching productivity techniques and monitoring progress.
- Process RMA in a timely manner. Issue credit and manage service parts.
- Conduct the performance management of line associates (performance appraisals and reviews, discipline, training, recommendations, etc.).
- Work closely with HR Department to interview, hire, and cross-train new reports.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to a 6S standard.
- Responsible for the enforcement of company safety policies and compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
- Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs assemblies.
- Knowledge of Office 365

Requirements
Experience and Education
- 5+ years of experience supervising 10 direct reports in an electronic/mechanical assembly environment.
- Understanding of production planning and process flow in a manufacturing environment.
- High attention to detail, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Prior leadership training, mentoring, or coaching training is a plus.
- BS/BA in a technical or manufacturing related field, preferred.
- ISO 9001 experience or training and/or Continuous Improvement/ Six Sigma preferred.
- Experience in inventory control and information control
