About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to assume the position of Lead CRNA. This pivotal leadership role, in collaboration with the Director of Anesthesia Operations, is responsible for overseeing nurse anesthesia services. The Lead CRNA will manage clinical operations, guide a high-performing team, and contribute to the strategic planning and policy development for anesthesia services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and scheduling of CRNA staff.
- Collaborate with surgery, nursing, and anesthesia departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Implement and uphold clinical policies and budgetary goals.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN licensure and CRNA certification in the State of Colorado.
- Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Strong English language communication skills required.
- Ability to complete job-specific online competencies and trainings.
