Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Channel Sales Strategy & Promotion

  • Upsell & Cross-Sell Enablement: Develop initiatives that help partners identify upselling opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Promotions & SPIFFs: Design and manage incentives, Partner SPIFFs, and promotional campaigns that drive engagement and sales activity.
  • Creative Thinking: Bring innovative ideas to the table that support partner success and differentiate us in a competitive landscape to onboard new partners while engaging the current base.
  • Customer Targeting: Supporting our Direct and Account Development teams in customer profiling, targeting and promotions aimed at driving upselling across the entire Fusion Connect product stack.

Partner Enablement

  • Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to our partners and channel managers, ensuring a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain a library enablement resource—sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and competitive insights to support partner-led growth.
  • Tool & Portal Management: Oversee partner enablement tools and systems, including CRM integrations, partner portals, and content management platforms, ensuring accessibility and usability.
  • Communication & Engagement: Maintain open, proactive communication. Facilitate feedback loops and keep teams informed on updates, launches, and strategic changes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partner initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional enablement projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel dynamics and the ability to build programs that meet diverse partner needs.
  • Proven track record of building and managing enablement strategies, content libraries, and training.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tools.
  • Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and strong project management abilities.
