The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, confident in their abilities, fast-paced, and able to design and build software with a great focus on quality. We're looking for someone who can own the development of a work stream, design and write technical user stories and provide detailed code reviews. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable in leading teams of junior developers while providing technical guidance and coaching.

You should feel at home with full-cycle design and standards-based development, and have a solid knowledge of Java, Database, SQL and protocol implementation.

Minimum qualifications include the following:

  • Minimum of 8 years of system development experience is required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with most of the following :
    • Strong Java, certifications highly desirable.
    • RDBMS/Database and strong SQL skills.
  • JDBC, Protocol implementation.
  • Langchain4J, SpringBoot and Hibernate.

Other requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across the organization.
  • Experiene in successfully leading projects with strong backlog refinment and estimation skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
