More about the role

We are seeking for a highly motivated Procurement Digital-Transformation Project Manager to lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the procurement function.

The ideal candidate is passionate about procurement, technology, and driving process excellence through digital solutions. to join our Performance and Compliance Team in The Netherlands or in Poland.

• Lead end-to-end project management for procurement digitalization initiatives (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, supplier collaboration tools, contract management systems, AI-driven analytics, invoice automation).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Calculate the business case and secure funding.
• Act as the key interface between Procurement, IT, suppliers (technology vendors), and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital innovation across sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing operations.
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption of new digital tools by developing and executing change management and training plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies effectively.
• Track project performance and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
• Implement a continuous improvement process to implement user feedbacks.
• Conduct market research and assessments to recommend new technologies and best practices for procurement.
• Ensure digital solutions are compliant with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (S2C - Source to Contract, P2P - Procure to Pay).
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
• Experience with digital procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Experience working on AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or analytics projects within procurement.
• Experience with Lean Management ( Value Stream Mapping, Root cause analysis...)
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance and sustainability (ESG) requirements.
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology-driven change.
