The Senior Account Manager – B2B Logistics role exists to drive long-term strategic relationships and revenue growth with key business clients by delivering tailored logistics solutions, ensuring service excellence, and aligning operational performance with client expectations; this role directly supports the organization's mission to be a trusted logistics partner through efficient, scalable, and customer-centric supply chain services, and reports to the Director of Sales or Head of Commercial Operations.
