Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Continuous Improvement will drive process optimization across GBS Centers, across all global processes. This person will support the CI lead and Ops/GPO on the development of the strategy for Continuous Improvement and support on prioritization of initiatives based on impact on business value/customer experience and efficiency etc. It’s a meaningful position for Adidas 2025 strategy.
Help to collaborate with CI Governance senior manager/Center CI lead on CI methodology/framework build-up as well as implementation. This person will also play leadership on the center's continuous improvement team to collaborate with other GBS organizations on ESSA projects identification/coaching/replication etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Adidas Global CI Hub to design/build up adidas own CI approach.
- Support to create frameworks for all workstreams on CI methodology launching with an agile and efficient way of working.
- Support workstreams and TOP AREAs to drive ESSA(Elimination/Simplification/Standardization/Automation) opportunity identification.
- Support to deliver operational efficiencies, process standardization and harmonization.
- Provide coaching on LSS/process re-engineering projects to help successfully implement.
- Drive mindset of continuous improvement as a culture of Adidas
- Support to build up a continuous improvement training program.
- Leverage the TTT program to deliver continuous improvement training to the center.
- Continuous Improvement of event design and promotion
- Support best practice sharing cross centers/workstreams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the area of end-to-end process improvement and/or process standardization in Finance/HR/Procurement
- Extensive experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (both theoretical and practical application) LEAN/DFSS/DMAIC. SPSS modeling is preferred
- Automation project experience
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business Services
- Extensive experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (both theoretical and practical application) LEAN/DFSS/DMAIC. SPSS modeling is preferred
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations and develop innovative solutions within a changing environment.
- Experience in providing clear guidance and in instructions to operational teams and coaching
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Strong data analysis and RCA capability
- Knowledge of SAP FI and CO a plus
- Virtual team management skill
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting or business administration
- Six Sigma Black Belt as plus
