Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative for a reputable building materials supplier in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Position Overview:

As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing product information, processing orders, and delivering top-tier service in both English and Spanish.

Pay:

Starting at $22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | Full-time hours (occasional Saturdays may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders
• Provide product knowledge and support to contractors and retail clients
• Process sales and returns efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized sales counter and showroom area
• Communicate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in construction or building materials
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
