Key Responsibilities:

- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain performance and prevent downtime
- Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and accuracy
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, safety protocols, and quality checks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
