The Big Picture
We're looking for a strategic sales professional to drive enterprise-wide sales initiatives through our channel partners. You'll orchestrate deals that transform how organizations handle their information-intensive business processes using Tungsten Automation Corporation's Intelligent Automation platform. You'll build strong partnerships with channel technology partners and DMRs, helping them deliver solutions that create measurable business impact for their customers through our comprehensive suite of products.
What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business through channel partners within your assigned region
- Build a sales pipeline 4X your target through strategic prospecting and partner enablement
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles with partners and their clients' VP and C-level decision makers
- Develop and nurture relationships with channel technology partners and DMRs
- Cultivate at least 40 strategic relationships per target account
- Work closely with our lead generation, inside sales, and sales engineering teams
- Establish and maintain strong, referenceable client and partner relationships
- Execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
- Perform accurate deal qualification and consistent forecasting
You're Our Person If You Have
- 5-8 years of successful enterprise software sales experience across all verticals
- Strong relationships with Channel Technology Partners, DMRs and large enterprise accounts
- A track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual quotas
- Proven success positioning solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives
- The ability to navigate boardroom discussions with technical, business, and financial influencers
- Experience selling enterprise software including Cloud and SaaS solutions
- Strong negotiation and deal management capabilities
- A collaborative hunter's mindset with a consultant's approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions including Cloud and SaaS solutions to high-level executives across all verticals
- Relationships with Channel Technology Partners, DMRs and large enterprise-type accounts
- Demonstrated track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior Enterprise Sales role
- Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives, recognizing underlying operational objectives and requirements
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
- Strong intellectual skills, high enthusiasm, integrity, and excitement about providing great solutions to world-class customers
- Successful direct and channel selling experience with any or all RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility and engagement, and analytics strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
- Outstanding business development pedigree with organizational and qualification skills to ensure top priorities are consistently pursued
- Strategic sales training, solution selling, and/or process-oriented sales approach
- Collaborative hunter personality combined with boardroom presence and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage and navigate sales cycles
- Embraces and takes advantage of an environment of continuous growth and self-improvement through learning opportunities
- Entrepreneurial with a winning mindset
- BS/BA or equivalent is preferred

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $105,577 - $140,488. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
