We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Full-Time HR Clerk to handle clerical tasks at the front desk of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner, providing basic HR-related information when needed.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for HR staff
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring the HR department is stocked with necessary materials.
  • Provide clerical support for HR functions
  • Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying HR-related documents.
  • Help maintain the HR filing system, ensuring all documents are stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Required)
  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday; 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M.

Salary Range:

$16.00 to $17.00/per hour
