Job Description:

• Support the Projects team by conducting in-depth analysis of new opportunities and current issues, including leading projects to optimise existing practices.
• Analyse cross-border business performance and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support related internal initiatives.
• Design, track, and optimise business processes and performance reports as part of business initiatives and projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports by consolidating and analysing business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams.
• Work with internal teams to understand existing processes and ensure that identified pain points are systematically tracked and resolved.
• Provide creative and innovative solutions to address commercial and operational challenges through market intelligence.
• Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a work experience in a management consulting firm or relevant fields are preferred but not a must
• Must be available full-time for the duration of the 1-year contract
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
• Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledge
• Proactive and take ownership of one's work
• Proficiency in Excel, Gsheet and PPT skills are required
