TITLE: Manager, Data Science
Duties: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define project goals, and identify opportunities to leverage data science for business growth and optimization. Lead the end-to-end process of data science projects,
including data collection, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure, implement scalable data solutions, and ensure data integrity and security. Communicate data-driven insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Manage relationships with external vendors or partners, as needed, to support data science initiatives. Remote work permitted 2 days a week within a reasonable commuting distance of the New Castle, Delaware Office.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Statistics, Statistics, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Statistical Modeler, Data Analyst, or related role where experience gained.
