Position Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our Vaccines Portfolio in the region. Reporting to the Vaccines Business Unit Director, this position is primarily field-based (Tartu and Tallinn) and offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and analyze customer needs, translating them into actionable insights for internal teams to optimize revenue generation.
  • Decision Process Mapping: Map decision-making processes within key accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans for key accounts, capturing both short- and long-term opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective strategies that drive business growth and enhance our reputation as a trusted healthcare partner.
  • Relationship Management: Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and productive collaboration.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate strategic partnerships and manage resources effectively to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Sales/Marketing) or a relevant field (e.g., medicine, manufacturing, research, or healthcare)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role. 3 to 5 years of experience in the health industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy and local healthcare/reimbursement systems.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
  • Strategic thinking and business management skills to analyze market dynamics and develop effective plans.
  • Proven sales acumen to engage with customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
