We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our subscription (Wolt+) team, which owns the results, strategy and development of Wolt+ globally and is building the best local commerce membership program in the markets we operate in.
You will be responsible globally for i) owning strategy and execution for our high-stakes strategic Wolt+ partnerships, ii) doing whatever it takes to reach both our financial and operational goals related to long-term success of our partners and iii) owning the relationships between our partners, ensuring a growing & successful win-win relationships. To get the job done, you’ll work both with our wider Wolt+ team and other cross-functional teams in the domains of Business Development, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and Finance, while taking full ownership of driving your initiatives to fruition and most importantly tangible results.

Our team is responsible for driving growth and profitability of our subscription program. Your day-to-day job will consist of a wide range of activities that contribute to meeting those targets. So in practice, you will:
Manage the partner relationships for our existing partners, fostering the relationship, identifying new growth opportunities, and liaising with our internal teams to make these new growth bets a reality Lead cross-team efforts to enable new partnerships or to seize further growth opportunities from existing deals in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in regional and central teams Track and own key performance indicators in the domain and, where necessary, drive correction actions. This might be by pulling short-term levers with our marketing team or forming up long-term product-driven features to solve for underlying drivers.
