Daily tasks:

  • Interface of LSEG and our clients managing clients’ expectations during project execution.
  • Generate work plans and project documentation along with integration, architecture and development consultants.
  • Manage several technical solution projects that relate to critical business goals.
  • Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the project to ensure profitability
  • Track and resolve issues across multiple LSEG and clients workstreams.
  • Identify and provide mitigation plans for any potential risks to the project’s overall success.
  • Develop a professional rapport with the internal and client project teams and maintain excellent level of client satisfaction.
  • Experience in the financial services sector (Banks) implementing treasury solutions, risk management solutions (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of business requirements, the ability to work in a demanding environment to meet customer deadlines is a plus.
  • Manage escalations through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be able to work in regional and global projects in English

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

EDUCATION

  • BS/BA required; Preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Systems Engineering , Information Technology or related field
  • PMP and/or Agile Certification strongly desirable

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of project management experience

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES:

  • Strong organization, interpersonal, & communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle(s)
  • Agile development experience is a plus
  • Proactive personality and proven leadership skills
  • Experience in partnering with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in customer on-site implementations.
  • Use of Microsoft Project or equivalent, key requirement or other PM Management tool. Excel and BI knowledge
  • Cloud certification in either AWS, GCP or Azure (AWS Cloud practitioner)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language (Medium to Advanced Level).
