We are seeking a motivated accounting professional to become part of our Project Controller Team, supporting execution of the Offshore Wind Farm projects.

As a Project Controller you will be the financial partner to the Commercial Project Manager as well as the wider operational project team. Aspects of Cost Controlling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Invoicing, Accounting and Reporting fall within the scope of the Project Controlling Team

You will join a close, friendly team with a flexible and supportive approach, where you can really contribute and make a difference, as well receive support for you to further develop your career.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Set up of maintenance agreements in the SAP Systems (project set-up)
• Support the commercial project manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project calculation, gross profit, cash flow)
• Work closely with project team to identify and address any financial risks or discrepancies
• Manage project cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors
• Prepare and analyze project financial performance reports
• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes
• Perform profit center and cost center controlling and support continuous improvements
• Continuously seek ways to improve project financial processes and systems

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

• You have completed a degree in an economics-related discipline or comparable education
• At least 2-3 years of controlling experience
• Team player, accurate, eager to learn, driven and service mindet
• You have strong communication and cooperation skills
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft office applications
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Fluent english
