Position Summary
The College Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in fostering meaningful connections between the College of Pharmacy and its alumni, donors, parents, corporations, and industry partners. This position executes coordinated engagement strategies that work together to strengthen the donor pipeline—including special events, targeted digital marketing efforts and personalized outreach. These efforts are designed to move individuals toward deeper involvement with the College, creating a natural progression from broad-based engagement to more meaningful philanthropic relationships.
Responsibilities include managing a multi-day digital engagement cadence to guide alumni through structured outreach efforts, with a focus on making a set number of meaningful contacts each week; tracking and analyzing engagement data to refine strategy; soliciting annual gifts; stewarding donors; referring leadership-level prospects; and coordinating personalized campus visits for key constituents.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, with strategic direction from the Director of College Engagement and Giving, the Coordinator ensures all engagement activity contributes to a cohesive, donor-centered advancement approach.
