We are hiring in Cluj-Napoca a Full-Stack Developer to help us build intelligent workplace tools that revolutionize how people work! Who You Are:

You are a software developer who approaches software development holistically and has a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence. Beyond technical abilities, you have a bias for action, an intense curiosity, an ability to deal with ambiguity, a resourcefulness and tenacity to identifying solutions, and a “can do” attitude. You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with full-stack development, building real-world applications.
• Front-end fluency: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript and, preferably, React.
• Back-end mastery: C#, Python and, preferably, ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar, and their querying languages.
• ORM, Authentication, and App Deployment experience.
• Version control proficiency: Git or similar system.
• Pre-built AI services in the cloud experience, and how to integrate them into an application.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to break down challenges, find solutions, and think critically.
• Communication and teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with people from different locations and cultures, share ideas clearly, and work towards common goals.
• Eager and willing to learn modern technologies: The product, desired experience, and constraints will dictate architecture and tech stack decisions.
• Professional business English, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and tools: LLMs, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini etc.
• Experience with RAGs and building AI agents.
• Cloud platform experience: Azure (ecosystem, components, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, OpenAI service, AI services, etc.)
• Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
• Figma experience: Transition from wireframes to applications.
• DevOps principles and practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Security: Up to date on best practices and security frameworks
• Containerization: Docker/Kubernetes
• Tool and service pricing understanding.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy captivating in-house applications, focusing on clean code, intuitive interfaces, and seamless user journeys.
• Integrate Generative AI technologies, exploring their potential to enhance user experience, automate tasks, and generate creative content.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bridge the gap between ideas and reality.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and experimenting with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge and supporting your team.
