Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with prospective clients in the financial and loan servicing industries, specifically focused on the Credit Union and Fintech companies.
  • Lead the development and delivery of tailored sales presentations and proposals aligned to client goals and needs.
  • Collaborate across internal departments—IT, Legal, Operations, Finance—to develop customized, compliant loan servicing solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide sales positioning and inform product evolution.
  • Guide prospective clients through the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing complex, consultative financial service deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver regular progress reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
