The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. Located at 1450 Highland Avenue in Needham MA, 300 Boylston Street in Newton MA and 173 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA, our Cardiology team provides a wide range of outpatient care for patients who have a high risk of heart disease. We provide diagnosis, management of acute and chronic conditions, and preventive care.
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Practice Supervisor to support our Needham, Wellesley and Chestnut Hill office to oversee the operations of the practices and supervise our team of Nurses, Medical Assistants, and front desk staff.
This position is onsite Monday through Friday from 7:30 – 4:00pm. Our Cardiology team consists of 13 MDs, 9 APP, and approximately approximately 25 staff members both clinical and non-clinical that this team member would be supervising in partnership with the senior operations manager, but we are a growing team as we are currently expanding our cardiology offices!

High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Health Administration preferred or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
